Melinda actively participates in the daily management and administrative duties involved in running Real Property Management, Inc. She also heads the property management operations for all of the multi family properties and single family homes. It is Melinda's responsibility to formulate strategies for each property in the portfolio, and to work with each client to accomplish their investment goals.

Her personal experience includes managing multi family apartments, single family homes, receiverships and subsidized housing. She is knowledgeable of federal HUD occupancy requirements and has a good understanding of California landlord tenant laws.

Debbie joined the staff at Real Property Management in 2003. She has extensive experience in the bookkeeping field, having owned an auto repair business with her husband for over 19 years. Prior to being a business owner, Debbie worked in the Real Estate Appraisal business for 3 years. She and her husband moved to the Redding area in 2002, from Bishop, to be closer to their children. She received her California Real Estate License in January 2004 and is enjoying the challenges of Property Management.

Rhonda Johnson

Rhonda moved to Redding from Central Oregon in 1994 to be closer to her family. She has 5 years motel experience as an assistant manager, guest services and night auditor. Rhonda joined Real Property Management in 2001. She currently works as maintenance supervisor conducting quarterly and semi-annual inspections, as well as general cleaning and repairs.

Kristina was born and raised to Redding. She started working for Real Property Management in 2002. She then took an opportunity to work at a local law office to gain some legal experience.  She recevied her real estate license in 2009 and works as a Property Manager meeting with prospective owners, drawing up management contract, scheduling maintenance, composing property listings, and various other office tasks. 

LeiLona Crane

LeiLona joined Real Property Management in 2010.  She has lived in the Redding area since 1992 after moving upstate from North County San Diego in order to be closer to her family.  She has many years experience in customer service, bookkeeping and banking.  Currently she is an assistant bookkeeper and works with our maintenance division in scheduling and billing.

Toni Magee

Toni has lived in Redding since 1994, graduating from Enterprise High School. She has worked for a local bank and a combined 10 years at a local online wedding supply store developing her customer service and management skills. Joining the RPM team in June 2011, she works as a property manager assisting current and prospective tenants, scheduling maintenance and assisting with other various office tasks. She is currently studying for her real estate license so that she may better serve our community.
