Jesse began his real estate career in 2002 with the purchase of his 1st investment property. Over the next 20 years, and dozens of properties later, he’s gained first-hand experience in business, finance, property acquisition and management. He loves bringing his passion for real estate & business to the team at Real Property Management by offering property owners and residents exceptional service and superior value!
Beyond his professional endeavors, Jesse finds joy in exploring the great hiking and biking trails Northern California has to offer as well as traveling with his family. One of his goals is to see all 7 Wonders of the World.

I am Annie Smith; I am the Operations Manager for Real Property Management, Inc. I was born in Seoul, Korea and lived in Eureka before moving to Redding. I graduated from Humboldt State University and was in banking and sales before making the switch to property management in 2017. I am married and have two beautiful children.

Hello, my name is Michelle Snow, I moved to Redding in 2011 from Tahoe City Ca. I started working for RPM in 2017. I found a passion for real estate. I went on to receive my Real Estate License. I have a background in finance. I have 3 beautiful children and 6 wonderful grandchildren. I enjoy working in my yard and spending time on the lake with my family.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Diane’s journey led her to the serene landscapes of Shasta County in 2003 where she embarked on a new chapter of life alongside her husband. With a diverse professional background primarily focused on project management and sales. Diane has cultivated a dynamic career at RPM, advancing through key roles including Maintenance Coordinator, Leasing Supervisor and Property Manager. She currently serves as Director of Maintenance, where she oversees all maintenance operations.

My name is Amber. I am an assistant property manager and I have been with Real Property Management, Inc. since 2017. My household is a blended family of seven, so I am always on the go. I love being a mom, going to the lake on our boat and spending quality time with my family and friends.

My name is Michelle Smith, I have been working with Real Property Management Inc. for over three years. I have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. I moved to Redding from Southern California to be closer to my son and his family. I worked the last 8 years as a manager for Goodwill Industries. I have 20 years of Banking experience and 8 years of Military service. My favorite things are walking, working out, dancing and family time.

I have lived in Redding for ten years and joined RPM in 2024. I have an AA in Business with an Accounting concentration. When I am not working I am home with my husband, Luke, my 4 wonderful and energetic kids and two dogs. I love learning new things and relaxing with my family.

My name is Nicki Thompson. I am an Assistant Property Manager at Real Property Management, Inc. My joy in life is spending time with my 2 beautiful children. A native of Shasta County, I enjoy being surrounded by the beautiful nature Northern California has to offer. I love to go rock hounding, hiking, riding my quad at the Oregon Dunes, attending concerts with my friends, river rafting and spending time at the beach.

My name is Heather Stasulat. I am new to property management but have over 20 years customer service experience. I have 2 adult children and 3 still at home which my world revolves around. When I'm not helping you find your new home, I love spending time with my family, playing around with my 3 dogs and relaxing at the beach.

Shay is a lifelong learner with a passion for personal growth and intellectual curiosity. Holding two associate degrees in basic business and business management, she has demonstrated her dedication to expanding her knowledge in diverse fields. Whether it's through formal education or independent study, she thrives on discovering new ideas and skills. Outside of her academic achievements, Shay is an avid reader, always immersing herself in books that challenge her thinking and broaden her understanding of the world. Shay began her journey in property management in 2022 and found a passion for it.

My name is Kevin Twyman. I was founded in 1983. Born and raised in Redding Ca. I have strong family ties to the community, and I love to help people. I have an amazing ability to relate with others which allows me to be great at my job. I have been in Property Management since 2020 and love what I do. I enjoy going to the gym, walking my dog(s), cooking, watching TV and movies. Mostly, I love to chill. On the weekends, you can find me at the Sundial Bridge with my dog(s) or at some random restaurant.

Hello, I am Lindsay Gray. I was born in Los Angeles and raised in San Diego. My love for the beach started early and evolved into a passion for sea animals (specifically sea turtles) and scuba diving. Besides my love for the water, my other passion revolves around spending time with my husband, family, and friends. When we aren't exploring new hiking trails or camping spots, you will find me buried in a book. I have a background in zoological care, property management, and sales. I am very excited to share that I am returning to RPM after living out of state for the past few years. My life's motto is "onward and upward."

My name is Lisa. I am a mother of four and have been in the property management industry since 2015. I have experience in both multifamily and single-family management, as well as TAX CREDIT, HCD, High HOME, and Low HOME low-income properties. I am always looking for opportunities to strengthen my management skills, and I look forward to continuing to grow my career with RPM.

Hi, I’m Abigail! I grew up in Washington State and moved to Redding 10 years ago with my family. I have recently discovered a passion for property management and real estate. I joined the team as a Maintenance Administrator and was excited to quickly grow into my current role as Maintenance Coordinator.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my boyfriend and my dog, exploring the great outdoors, spending time by the ocean, horseback riding, and enjoying, of course, good Italian food! I’m also passionate about traveling and have been fortunate enough to explore a few places around the world. I can’t wait to see where my next adventure takes me and what new places I’ll get to discover along the way.
