Real Property Management is a real estate management firm founded in Redding in 1981 by Maria Evinger. Nina Wagner became a partner in 1990 and later purchased the company in 1992. Melinda Brown became a partner in 1998 and purchased the company in 2001. The business was originally located in the Pine Street School. After outgrowing this location in 1989, the business was moved to 1138 Shasta Street where it remained for the next 12 years. Once again the business outgrew its location. In August 2001, Real Property Management moved to its much larger and newly remodeled location at 5520 Mountain View Drive, Suite B in Redding.
Real Property Management is a fee management company focusing our energies entirely on our clients’ investments. Our portfolio includes properties all over Redding, Anderson, Shasta Lake, Cottonwood, Bella Vista, Palo Cedro, and Old Shasta. Our staff is organized, trained and equipped to provide individual attention to each client. The quality of service given to the single family client is as important to us as the service provided to the large apartment client. We do business with one client, one resident and one property at a time.
In today’s complex environment, investors need far more than someone to just fill the units, collect the rent and administer leases. Investors need to be represented by an established firm, highly skilled in the many intricacies and facets of current real estate management, investment, regulations, leasing, brokerage, maintenance, construction, development and technology. We combine these skills and services to increase the return on your investment, and in turn, the value of your property. This is the point of professional property management.
At Real Property Management, we achieve optimum investment performance through outstanding service to clients and residents.
