PET POLICY / SERVICE ANIMAL INFORMATION: A lot of the properties that we manage are pet friendly, but not all. IF you have a pet, please make sure that the unit you are interested in says Pets Considered before you submit an application.
If pets are allowed in the rental unit or you have a service animal you must submit a picture of the animal with your application. You will be required to sign a pet agreement at the time of move-in and an additional security deposit of at least $500.00 is required. If you have a documented Legal Guide, Signal, Companion or Service Animal, you MUST provide the appropriate documentation at the time application is submitted! NO EXCEPTIONS! Due to legal complexities of Companion Animals, we have an attorney evaluate the application.
Real Property Management, Inc. does not allow exotic or farm animals at any of our properties, unless tenant has received prior approval before move in. All Animals must be documented on the lease (including birds, rodents etc.)
Vicious Natured Breed Dogs – most of our rental properties will not allow dog(s) that are considered a vicious natured Breeds. This can be any dog (purebred or mixed breed) of the following listed breeds. Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Bullmastiff, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull, Perro de Press Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf or wolf-hybrid.
At our discretion we may, at any time, restrict a pet from living at a property. Pet sitting is not allowed. An unauthorized animal is a material breach of your lease agreement and is considered good cause for eviction.
Also, excessive noise or nuisance, vicious, threatening, or aggressive behavior is not permitted by any animal.
You will be required to sign a pet agreement at the time of move-in and an additional security deposit of at least $500 is required as well as a monthly pet rent of at least $20.
